In the first of three videos on How to Fight a Stronger Opponent, I talk about how explosive movement will help you win a fight. In and out footwork combined with quick jabs and straight punches will protect you from your opponent's strength.

A bigger opponent can use their strength for powerful punches, a clinch, or takedown. Nullify their strengths by staying out of range and jabbing out. Using explosiveness will make you untouchable and wear down your opponent.

Stay tuned for the next videos in the series and learn how YOU can beat a bigger, stronger person.

And congrats to @Darnizzi/Big Fudge! For following FightTips on Twitter, he was selected from last week's contest to win an iron-on patch.
