Hi everyone! This is a tutorial on how to learn a Running Aerial step by step. The Running Aerial is a great move and I also learned it with exactly the same steps as shown in the video. It need some patience to get rid of those hands touching the ground but if you keep doing it like this you will have it in no time!

Progressions
Step 1 Practice a straight Cartwheel 0:12
Step 2 Jump into the straight Cartwheel 0:48
Step 3 Add the Run-Up 1:32
Step 4 Keep up your Chin & Chest 2:18
Step 5 Land the Running Aerial! 3:10
