How To Make A Trekking Pole Monopod For DSLR Camera

The monopod mount works with any ARCA compatible mounting plate and most Manfrotto RC2 plates. This is a fairly standard plate mount. Neither of the mounts listed below come with one, so you would need to have access to one from a previous mount, purchase a Peak Design CapturePro (listed below), or purchase a separate plate.
