After my last video where I kicked Michael Myers head with a Spinning Back Wheel Kick, everyone asked me to make a video on how to properly throw one. Well, here it is! Learn how to throw a back roundhouse kick, which is a Tae Kwon Do kick, but is being used more commonly now in Muay Thai and MMA. This kick is also known as a spinning heel kick. This was the kick that Urijah Hall used to knockout his opponent in TUF 17.
