Striking Tutorial | How to Throw a Textbook Cross

Hi guys. I know I've missed the past 2 weeks of videos, so thank you for hanging in there. Been kind of swamped with medicals, media, UFC paperwork/on-boarding, and obviously training. (You would be surprised to learn HOW much it costs for all these medicals. I know I was. Not complaining; just saying. Maybe I will make a video on that too in case you guys are curious. You guys have also left comments with some excellent suggestions for future videos. Thank you for that. I have a list and will get back to making these videos after the fight.)

I received a lot of positive responses from the switch kick video I made awhile back, and I realise that some of you may be new to martial arts.
