Description from the creator

In this video "Supported Bridge Pose | Tutorial, Variations, & Practice" I´ll show ways to practice the pose with the props you have at home.

Supported (Reclining) Bridge Pose is a soft inversion because the heart is higher than the head. Therefore you´ll improve circulation in the chest and neck and release tension there. It lengthens the front center line of the body while maintaining the soft lines to open the body in a gentle way. You can always bend the knees to de-intensify the opening.

Sending love and light from my heart to yours,
Namaste ☀️
