How to become a Bookkeeper? First you have to learn the basics of bookkeeping, so what are assets, what are liabilities and what is capital in a business, to become a bookkeeper because without know the foundations of bookkeeping you will not be a good bookkeeper. The next thing to become a bookkeeper, you have to get clear on what accounting software you plan to use, QuickBooks Online or Xero? Also if you are going to get certified in these software programs which is not a requirement to become a bookkeeper, but it will be a good idea to get to know the program that you plan to use. The other option you have is if you are going to take a bookkeeping course to learn more on bookkeeping or if you are just going to use YouTube to gain your bookkeeping knowledge. I did take a course called Bookkeeper Business Launch but there are so many courses on YouTube to choose from so just make sure you gain your knowledge and choose the course that you think best suits you.
