Watch this tutorial video to learn how to get in touch with Amazon customer support. Whether you’re having issues with your account, an order you placed, or the site in general, these are the steps you need to take to contact Amazon. Read below for the basic instructions.

To contact Amazon, go to amazon.com and log in. At the bottom of the page, click Help. Cursor over Need More Help, and click Contact Us. Select the category related to your issue. Select an issue from the dropdown, and a specific issue from the second dropdown. Finally, choose how you’d like to contact Amazon.

Amazon will give you the option to get in touch with them through e-mail, phone call, or live online chat. You’ll be able to select whichever option you prefer. Once you get in touch with Amazon, they will be able to help you resolve whatever issue you may be having.

Tips for contacting Amazon customer service:
- Try to be patient when waiting for a customer support representative to help you with your issue.
- If your issue is with an order, have your order number and details on hand in case the customer service representative needs that information to help you.
- If Amazon is unable to help you, try getting in touch with the seller you purchased from directly if you’re having issues with an order.
