Often times, as sellers on Amazon, we will need to contact our customers for a variety of reasons. Below are the steps to contacting your customer on Amazon Seller Account.

1. Login your seller account via Amazon.com
2. Go to your seller account by scrolling over "ACCOUNTS & LISTS" and clicking on YOUR ACCOUNT
3. Scroll down to the middle of the page and look for "OTHER ACCOUNTS" and click on "SELLER"
4. Click on ORDERS and then click on MANAGE ORDERS
5. Find the order and click on the order # OR Change the date range if you don't see it on the list of orders.
6. Fill in the email you want to send in the box and click SEND
