Registry location: to ENABLE this feature, change to 1
Computer\HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Control\Session Manager\Memory Management

Group Policy Editor:
Local Computer Policy / Computer Configuration / Windows Settings / Security Settings / Local Policies

Look for “Shutdown: Clear virtual memory pagefile” and ENABLE feature
