Description from the creator

Stand with feet wider than shoulder width stance, feet pointed straight ahead, and assumed a side lunge position. Keeping the chest up, hold a medicine ball in both hands at the level of the bent knee. Lift the ball to shoulder height and then lunge to the opposite side while simultaneously lowering the medicine ball to bent knee. Repeat the movement back to original starting position and then continue the pattern as if drawing a figure 8 while lunging side to side. Repeat for recommended number of repetitions.
