How to Make Nettle Mead (racking and bottling)

Nettle Mead would be a metheglin technically which simply means "medicine". Today we finish our nettle mead, rack it, and bottle it for storage. Of course we taste some mead too.
Nettles have been used for centuries in wines and meads. Their healthy properties are conveyed to us through alcohol, as a lot of older medicines were alcohol based. I mean, if you have to take medicine, may as well get some alcohol too, right?
Mead is a drink made in the home for thousands of years. Nettles are common everywhere. Put them together and you have the perfect City Steading blend of beverage. It's a simple process, anyone can do it and it's inexpensive. Oh, and nettle mead is GOOD for you! (well, it does have alcohol, but even that in moderation is good for you).
