As many countries in Europe are going back into a Lockdown, we thought it would be a good time to release this video on how to practice your figure skating combination jumps off the ice!

Practising your jumps off ice can greatly improve your ability to perform them correctly on ice. Good off ice training is very undervalued in general. It should be a regular part of your training, regardless of whether you can access an ice rink or not!

In this video, we are looking at adding combination jumps to our off ice jumps! These jumps can be done on the back of any of the figure skating jumps whether it's Axel, Salchow, Toe Loop, Loop, Flip, or Lutz.

If you have any questions about off ice jumps, check out our website and get in touch with us :)
