How to show or hide rows using a button in microsoft excel

How to Show/Hide rows in Microsoft excel using a toggle button.
In one of the previous video i have showed you how to show/hide columns in excel using a button. if you haven't learned that yet here goes the link for you: youtu.be/AoHUmDhZBVc

To show or hide rows using a button is served best with Toggle Button. To create a #ToggleButton you have to click on the Developer Tab (here is how to access it: youtu.be/jkSLYLk0OHU) and click on Insert. Now you will find different options including the Toggle Button.

After accessing the toggle button you need to place it where you need the button and after that double click on the button to access the code page where you'll need to write the code that can show/hide rows in excel. Please subscribe and here goes the code: patreon.com/posts/25468205


After Pasting the code the re you'll have to save the workbook in this format .xlsm (Excel-Macro-Enabled-Workbook). If you do not save the file in this format this code or any VBA code will not work in excel.

Lastly you will have to click on the design mode again on the developer tab and now you are ready to go. You can now show/hide rows in excel just by clicking a toggle button and a few line of code.
