Description from the creator

Eating disorders can be difficult to treat. And recovery is often a long road. But how are EDs like anorexia nervosa, bulimia nervosa, and binge eating disorder treated? And why is recovering from it so tough? We'll explore the mental health side of common eating disorders and shed some light on how therapy can help.

In this video, Micah breaks down three of the most common eating disorders worldwide. In addition, he explores some popular treatments, including cognitive behavioral therapy, interpersonal therapy, and family-based therapy (also known as the Maudsley Approach). And if you believe that you or a friend need assistance, please see the resources below to find treatment and assistance.
