GIMP animation tutorial. How to turn an photo into an old movie using GIMP. You'll learn how to make an animation using layers in GIMP.
After following this tutorial you'll know how to make a basic animation in GIMP.
I'll make the photo look old by making it black and white and adding a sepia effect. I'll also teach you how to add noise to a photo.

You need to G'MIC plug in for this tutorial. You can get it here:

A simple windows installer is here, but it's an older version so try the normal method of installing first. This older version will work for this tutorial though.
