Description from the creator

fitforafeast.com Learn how to spot your dance turns. We used a GoPro camera so you can learn spotting for dance, skating, rhythmic gymnastics or just for fun.

In order to do multiple turns, you need to learn to spot so you don't get dizzy. Spotting means that you pick a spot - or focal point - on the wall. Every time you come around in your turn, you should be looking at that spot. This will keep you oriented and help prevent dizziness.

When you are doing multiple turns, your head should be the last thing to go into the turn, but the first thing around. We demonstrate this technique using a go pro camera, so you can see how it looks for yourself as we do the turns in the mirror.

When you are learning to do multiple turns, you should start with a double. Once you get that easily, then try a triple. Once you have mastered that, try a quadruple turn, and so on. The spotting technique will be the same no matter how many turns or what time of dance turns you do.

Always make sure you are warmed up and stretched before you do these. Try to practice in front of a mirror if you can. Hope this video helps! Let us know what you think of the go pro idea!
