Normally you would be able to access your purchase history through your Audiobook Library, then click the link at the top that reads "You can return it" and there will be buttons below each audiobook allowing you to return the ones you didn't like. However, you can only do this 6 times or so before you have to go through a real person to do your returns. This video is about how that process works, in about 3 minutes, once I get to the actual chat window.
