This video explains how to easily macro your heals to be mouseover spells!

This is the if/then mouseover macro, prefers mouseover target over selected target, then selected target if no mouseover target, then YOU if no mouseover target and no selected target. Just change lifebloom to your desired spell.

So this macro is the simple mouseover macro and only works when mousing over.

/cast [target=mouseover]rejuvenation
