Description from the creator

This twisty-twirly fluid flow is a stunning sequence for the intermediate to advanced aerialist.
Having a good understanding of aerial silks pathways will help for successfully dancing this sequence in the air. Though the pathway is relatively simple, and the exit strategy is the reverse of the entrance, all the winding up and down can create confusion in our bodies and brains. Be patient while working on this one. Be sure to reach up high on the pole you are holding onto, and pull up through the arms on the return since you will naturally be lower on the fabric after posing in plank.
