This tutorial shows how to add files from a computer to iPad apps using iTune's built in File Sharing feature. This is a great method if you have more than one file to add at a time. This tutorial also goes over how to move files from the iPad to your computer, as well as deleting files from within specific iPad apps. Keep in mind that you will want to make sure you are adding files that can actually be used within any given app - for example, if you are moving PDF files to the iPad, make sure you are moving them into a PDF reader app.

This technique will also work for adding files to iPhone and iPod Touch apps.
