Speaker Notes in PowerPoint is one of the many user-friendly tools added to Microsoft’s Office and it aids users in remembering key points and figures, without having to look at their flashcards again and again. It is located on the bottom of the PowerPoint screen, and in some cases may be hidden from view.

Speaker Notes are only visible on the computer screen. Once the image is projected, they are hidden from the audience – allowing the speaker to remember points by simply glancing at their laptop.

Additionally, these PPT notes come in handy in circumstances where you might want to add links or relevant files. This empty space can even be used to take notes much like a scratch paper is.
