Learn how to apply fine-textured sand paint in the colour Resort Blue to walls with Haymes Artisan Textures. Resort Blue is 1 of 12 unique colours within the Haymes Artisan Sand range.

Using this sand finish paint, follow these steps for the best result:
0:00 Introduction
1:02 Apply masking tape to all surrounding edges of the wall to be painted
1:24 Create a diluted mixture of 70mL water per 1L of Haymes Artisan Sand, then stir thoroughly and stir periodically during the application process
1:42 Load the mini roller with the paint mixture and starting in the top corner, apply product along the masked edges of the wall - or cut in with a small paintbrush
1:54 Load the large roller with the paint mixture and work along the wall ensuring even coverage
2:07 Allow this coat to dry for 6 hours then repeat this process
2:12 Or apply the paint mixture with a wide paintbrush in random crisscross motions

To achieve this matte, fine-textured finish in Resort Blue, you will need:
20mm long nap synthetic roller (on an extendable pole)
270mm paint tray
Mini roller painting kit (or small paintbrush)
