Description from the creator

Hypnosis can help you relax and can help to calm your exam nerves: 1stpersonaldevelopment.com/go/exam-nerves

Taking past papers against the clock can help increase your confidence and train your mind for taking exams.

Don't drink too much coffee or alcohol (sorry!)

The main "trick" with exam nerves is to be as calm as you possibly can be.

That means learning to relax more is a good start - we're not very good at relaxing, it's something most people un-learn as they get older. Meditation or even just listening to chill-out tracks can help relax you more and that, in turn, can help quell some of those exam nerves that you're experiencing.

The more positive your state of mind before you go into the exam, the better your chances (always assuming that you've done some revision as well).

Visualise yourself acing the exam: sitting down at the desk, opening the paper when you're told to and calmly knowing the correct answers to the majority of the questions being posed.

We can't easily distinguish between real events and vividly imagined ones, so that technique is surprisingly effective at calming exam nerves.

And use hypnosis to help you to relax and calm down your exam nerves.

It's easy to use - just download a hypnosis track and play it to yourself.

And it works very nicely by getting you into a calmer state so that your knowledge can take the forefront when you sit that exam.
