In this video, we show you how to change, delete, or disable your startup programs on a Mac. It's a very simple process and can be accomplished by anyone with administrative privileges on their Mac. Remember that when you delete or disable start up programs, this does not actually delete or disable the application entirely. The start up program or application will not be initiated when your computer is turned on. You'll have to find these programs in the applications section and open them one at a time independently of the start up process.
