Description from the creator

Performing a breast self check once a month is a great way of knowing what’s normal for you. Healthy breasts come in a variety of shapes and sizes. Being breast aware makes you more likely to pick up any changes in your breasts so that you can get any problems treated early. This video will show you how to check for breast cancer or other abnormalities at home. Remember, your breasts are unique to you, so your "normal" may look different from everyone else's.

Learning how to check your breast for lumps can literally save your life. It helps you set a baseline for what's normal for your body and catch any potentially dangerous changes early. Male and female bodies can both get breast cancer, so it's important to perform a monthly check no matter your gender. If you do find any concerning lumps, bumps, or changes to your breast tissue, you can schedule and appointment through our app to discuss them with your doctor.

If you have any questions, concerns or would like to talk to a health care professional, we are available 24/7 at Babylon Health. Learn more about checking your breasts on our blog: babylonhealth.com/blog/health/what-do-your-brea…
