I thought this recipe was just about the siopao but I learned that it is cooked as well to be an "ulam"

I gave it a try and this is the result!

Ingredients

500g
4 medium potatoes
1 1/2 cup tomato sauce
1 medium onion
2 tbsp soy sauce
1/4 cup lemon juice
3 pcs dried bay leaves
1/4 cup butter
1/2 cup cooking oil
salt and pepper
