Ingredients;
4 chicken thighs
5 medium size mushrooms cut into quarters
50g onion cut into pieces
3 cloves fresh garlic
Few slices of fresh ginger
1 stalk spring onion
180ml water

Condiments
2g salt plus a small pinch for the wok
2g MSG
2g sugar
1 tablespoon dark soy sauce
1 teaspoon oyster sauce
Dash of pepper powder
Dash of cooking wine
