Receiving Email works but cannot send emails on Outlook for Mac OS, it is a simple fix you need to perform to enable sending mails feature on outlook for mac os, Follow these Simple Steps-

1. Go to Outlook then Preferences
2. Go to Accounts
3. Select your account which is unable to send mails.
4. Check the box " Override default port "
5. Change the port no. to 587
Now try to send mails from your outlook and it will work.
