How to Form an LLC in Delaware according to the State's Statute 18-2. This is for any resident of the State of Delaware seeking a Domestic LLC for business in the State.

Steps
1 Choose Your Name. - Choose the name you would like to have as your LLC. In order to make sure that your name has not been taken, you may want to search in the Delaware LLC Search Tool.
2 Articles of Organization. - This is the official form for forming an LLC in Connecticut. You will need to completely fill in this form in order to process.
3 Send. - You will need to send your completed Articles of Organization as well as $90 payable in check to the Secretary of State and to be mailed to:

Pay an extra $30 for every certified copy.
4. Apply for EIN Number. - If you have more than 1 member in your LLC or you will be looking to open a bank account for the Company you will need to apply for an IRS Employer Identification Number. This will act much like your social security number is for your personal tax obligations.

Tips
Must be at least 18 years old.
Highly recommended to have a LLC Operating Agreement to be completed at the time of LLC completion.
