Steps

2 Fill-in Certificate of Formation. - Completely fill in the form, either on your computer or in printed ink. Attach a check for $100 payable to the Secretary of State and send to the following address:

3 Wait For LLC. - You will have to check your mail to receive your official LLC documents. The State of New Hampshire typically rakes between 5-7 business days from the day the forms are received.
