3 Wait for LLC. - The Pennsylvania processing time is around 5 business days from the time they receive your application. Check the mailing address of the principal office address.
4 EIN Number. - If you are seeking a business bank account or have an LLC with more than 1 member, you should get an Employer Identification Number (or Tax ID Number.
