To cook: thaw broccoli and stem for about 1 1/2 minutes! So easy.
(If you think your broccoli might have any bugs on it, soak it in cool salted water for about 10 minutes, rinse, and drain. This should kill the bugs. The proceed as I have shown in the video.)
