Description from the creator

southernfrugal.com Red Bell Peppers are very easy to freeze. Just remove the seeds and stem, cut into sections, pack into freezer bags and your done. Buying at the State Farmer's Market offers a giant savings. In December and January red peppers start coming into the market from Mexico, thanks to the free trade agreement we have with South America. Those peppers grown in greenhouses in Canada also start hitting the market, while they are all the same size and very pretty, a pepper is a pepper. After all you're going to cut them into slices or chop into pieces anyway. Best deals are those that come from Mexico this time of year.
