Alba Yoga Academy is an online yoga teacher training school founded by Hannah Barrett and Celest Pereira. We offer 200-hour, 300-hour, and 20- and 50-hour trainings built on one belief: yoga education should be inclusive, rooted in ancient wisdom and modern science, empowering teachers to think critically and teach authentically.

Our curriculum brings together anatomy, biomechanics, applied neuroscience, philosophy and creative sequencing, always with accessibility and practical teaching skill at the centre. We don't want you to memorise sequences. We want you to understand why you're choosing what you choose, so you can adapt for the people in front of you and keep learning long after training ends.
