Abutilons are an easy care evergreen shrub, commonly called 'Flowering Maple' or 'Chinese Lantern Plant'.

They are not that fussy about growing conditions and they come in a number of varieties including flower colours including orange, red, yellow and white. Some bi coloured varieties are also available.

They and are easy to prune, and are very long flowering.
