How to Grow Basil Microgreens - Full Walk-through with TIPS & TRICKS + Recipes!

🥳 Ready to grow Basil microgreens at home? In this full walkthrough, we show you how to grow both Genovese Basil and Lemon Basil microgreens hydroponically on coco coir — plus we included 3 quick and easy recipes at the end to show you how delicious and versatile they are. Basil microgreens have an amazing fresh basil flavor and work beautifully on Caprese salads, yogurt parfaits with berries and honey, or blended into a microgreen basil pesto.

Here's what we cover:
✅ How to grow Genovese and Lemon Basil microgreens from seed to harvest
✅ Growing basil microgreens hydroponically on coco coir — full step-by-step guide
✅ How to apply this method to soil growing (bottom water with pH-balanced tap water instead of nutrients)
✅ Why soil doesn't need added nutrients but coco coir does
✅ 3 simple recipes using basil microgreens — Caprese salad, yogurt parfait, and basil pesto
✅ Flavor profile and tips for using basil microgreens in your cooking

This method works on both coco coir and soil — the only difference is that soil already has nutrients naturally, so you'd bottom water with regular pH-balanced tap water instead of adding hydroponic nutrients.
