A cheese toastie with only 3 ingredients (plus ketchup). You don't even need a toastie maker, I use a frying pan.

Makes 2
Serves 1-2

Ingredients:

4 slices white bread
Some margarine
60g Cheddar cheese, grated

Method:

Spread your margarine on both sides of your bread.

Arrange your grated cheese over your slices of bread.

Sandwich your slices of bread together.

Preheat a nonstick frying pan on a medium flame.

Add one of your sandwiches to the frying pan and press down using a spatula.

Once golden and crisp flip the sandwiches over and cook on the other side.

Repeat this process with the other sandwich. Slice the sandwiches into triangles and serve with tomato ketchup.
