How to make British Chips

These are the real British chips that go with Fish and Chips. Accept no substitutes! French fries, home fries, potato chips or crisps, while wonderful in their own right, are not chips. It's stupendously easy to get chip-making wrong, but if you follow my method in this video, you'll be making perfect chips every time.
