HOW TO MAKE NDUMA |OVEN ROASTED NDUMA CHIPS (Arrowroot chips)

In kenya Nduma aka arrowroots are often boiled and eaten as a snack for breakfast with tea or mixed with other vegetables/meat to make a stew. I took a different route and made Nduma chips, which I oven roasted with paprika, thyme salt and pepper.

I hope this recipe of Nduma chips (arrowroot chips) inspires you to think outside the box with when it comes to cooking indigenous regional foods.
