You're going to need:
Thin felt, thick felt, glue, pen for transfer, embroidery hoop, thread, needle, scissors and pin clasp.
Embroider on a thick felt and then glue the thin felt as a second layer. You can glue the edges and leave your patch like this. Or embroider whip stitches through the edges.
If you want to make a brooch, glue the pin to the back.
If you already embroidered something on the fabric and want to make a patch - glue the thick felt as second layer. Other steps are the same.
