How to make Lemon Curd - Recipe

Today I'll be showing you how to make Lemon Curd. This tangy but sweet curd tastes so good and is so much better home made then shop brought! I love to enjoy lemon curd on toast, scones and in yogurt. It's also a great use for left over egg yokes (if you made last weeks recipe angel food cake youtu.be/jV9fq_ufdRU) and can be stored in the fridge and used as and when you need it.

Recipe:

8 Egg Yolks
375g Caster Sugar
Zest Of 2 Large Lemons
The Juice Of 4 Large Lemons (aprox 190-200ml)
220g Unsalted Butter
