Here is an easy recipe for Home made Mexican hot chocolate. This is a great way to make this hot chocolate should you not have premade Mexican chocolate available.
INGREDIENTS
2 - 3 tbls unsweetened cocoa powder (I used dark chocolate)
4 oz piloncillo (or 3 to 4 oz granulated sugar)
1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
2 cups whole milk or evaporated milk
1/2 tsp vanilla extract
