How to Make Rainbow Pancakes: Make Someone Happy - No. 07

For this month's Make Someone Happy video, I wanted to make one of my favorites meals—breakfast—just a little bit brighter. So whether your special someone loves pancakes, French toast, scrambled eggs, or porridge for breakfast, I hope this inspires you to create a twist on their favorite morning meal.

I used this recipe (foodnetwork.com/recipes/alton-brown/instant-pan…) to make the pancake batter (you can even use a store bought pre-made mix), and added just a drop or two of food coloring to small portions of batter to make a rainbow stack of sweetness. I topped the pancakes with berries tossed in maple syrup and a little powdered sugar...and voila!
