How to make Reindeer Candy Canes

Riley shows you how to make Candy Cane Reindeer for Christmas!

These are super easy and fun and they make great gifts for kids to make and give away at Christmas.

You will need:

Candy cane
Googly eyes
Red pom pom
Brown pipe cleaner
Glue stick

Brrr. It's cold outside! Today on RMC Create Station we're making reindeer candy canes, stick around! Hi, I'm Riley and today is our first Christmas Special. My mom still has her candy cane reindeer from second grade. I won't eat that one! To make the reindeer candy canes you will need a candy cane, a red pom pom, one brown pipe cleaner, two googly eyes and a glue stick. First, take your candy cane and your pipe cleaner and fold your pipe cleaner evenly around the top of the curve. Now twist it three times tightly around the candy cane. This is what it should look like. Right now it looks like a bunny. Now, twirl each side of the pipe cleaner around your finger. Now, spread them out. This is what it should look like for now. Time for eyes. Put glue on the eyes and carefully place them on your candy cane. Do the same for the nose. Ta Da! Now you have a reindeer candy cane. You can hang it on your tree for years like my mom did or you could eat it! Or, you can make more of them and give as gifts. Thanks for watching, see you next time! Hello, Hi, Hi. Hey guy.
