Description from the creator

This recipe has been designed for my friend David who asked if I could create something that would sooth de-stress and leave the skin silky soft and supple + aid sleep. He works in construction and finds his skin doesn’t like the cold harsh winter days!

¼ cup fractionated coconut oil

2 cups Epson Salts – it’s the magnesium that helps sooth sore
muscles
1 ½ cups baking soda
½ cup sea salt – contains lots of minerals
10 drops of lemon essential oil – to nourish skin
10 drops of Rosemary essential oil – sooths muscles
10 drops of peppermint essential oil– stimulate blood circulation, relieves head ached, aching muscles, reduces stress boost immune system.

Combine oils with essential oil.

Combine salts together. Blend and combine before storing.

Add ¼ cup to a warm bath.

Relax and enjoy.

Have a play around with your own blend of essential oils.
