How to make Rose Scented Bath Salts

I came across this bath salts recipe during my recent trip to Japan.
Our home stay host in Nagano insisted I enjoy a relaxing bath in the open air. As the water was running, she poured a small handful of rose infused salts into the bath and I was told they not only help one sleep but the essential oil would be good for my skin. The recipe is so easy to make!

Into a mixing bowl add:
- 1 cup Himalayan salt
- 15 drops rose essential oil

Mix to combine then store in an air tight jar.
You can double or triple this recipe to suit. Great to make for friends and family.
