Strawberry Shortcake Martini
Servings - 2
INGREDIENTS
Strawberry - 1/2 cup
Sugar - 1 tablespoon
Ice
Cake flavoured vodka - 4 ounces
Cream liqueur - 4 ounces
Half & Half - 1/2 cup
PREPARATION
1. In a bowl, add 1/2 cup strawberry, 1 tablespoon sugar and mix well.
2. Add this into a blender and blend.
3. Add ice in a shaker, pour 4 ounces cake flavoured vodka, 4 ounces cream liqueur, 1/2 cup half & half and pour the strawberry mixture in it.
4. Shake well to combine.
5. Pour the mixture into the glass.
6. Garnish with strawberry.
7. Serve.
