18 pinwheels
You will need:
1 cup of spelled flour
4 cups of wheat flour
350 ml of sparkling water
3 eggs
100 ml of melted butter
1 pack of fresh yeast (50g)
5 tbsp of sugar
1 ½ tsp of salt
500 grams of minced beef
1 onion
420 grams of tomato sauce
2 tbsp of taco spice
Salt
Pepper
Oil
400 grams of cheddar cheese

180 degrees C convection for 15 minutes
