A quick recipe for taco meat that can be made in about ten minutes. Brown 1 lb of hamburger with 1/2 of a finely diced onion and 2 cloves of garlic finely diced over medium high heat after meat has browned drain any oil return pan to stove over high heat and add 2 tablespoons of chili powder 1 tablespoon of cumino 1/2 teaspoon salt 1/2 teaspoon of black pepper and 3/4 's cup of water mix well and when water begins to boil reduce heat to simmer and cook until water is absorbed stirring frequently
